Shannon Krizka, SPHR

Ms. Krizka brings almost 20 years of consultative senior level HR expertise to Advantage HR Solutions,
Inc.. She has a broad technical HR background, having experience in many facets of HR, including staffing,
compliance, process development, employee relations and performance management.
During Shannon's successful tenure in corporate, field and functional human resources, she partnered
with executive level clients such as CFO's, Operations VP's, Engineering VP's and General Managers
leading functions as diverse as engineering, marketing, manufacturing, finance, sales, quality, IT
